The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

      We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, although any price increases will be kept to a minimum.

      If the Website links to other Internet web sites. The Supplier has neither power nor control over any such web site. The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the Supplier shall not be liable in any way for the content of any such linked web site, nor for any loss or damage arising from the Buyer’s use of any such web site.

      Fabric Colours
      Actual colours may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently. We try to edit our photos to show the samples as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual colour may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product.


      Dispatch Time

      Your parcel will be sent within 2 working days when ever possible, our cut off time is 9 am. Example: Order placed 2pm Monday will be despatched Tuesday. Order placed 8.45am Tuesday will be despatched Tuesday. During busy periods despatch time could be 2 days.


      RETURNS POLICY

      For all returns, please contact us first  via e-mail .

      NON FAULTY ITEM/S MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT, UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION WHEN FIRST SENT OUT, THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFE RETURN AND COST OF POSTAGE & PACKAGING BACK TO OUR BUSINESS ADDRESS.

      For goods that are damaged in transit , our policy is to exchange the goods as long as they are returned in the packaging in which they were sent, return costs will not be refunded unless we can claim from either Royal Mail or our Courier

      Non UK customers

      We are a UK based company. All items on our Internet site are priced in UK Pounds Sterling (£) and you will be billed in UK Pounds Sterling (£). If GBP is not your currency, the amount you actually pay will be dependent upon the exchange rate at the time your transaction is processed. You can change the currency type at the top of the website.


      Is your Product in Stock?

      If you place a product into your basket and it shows out of stock. It then we haven't got the item in stock. Please note we will still maybe able to get most items to you within 7 working days or you can phone or email us to see how long the item will take to deliver. If the item is in stock it will be sent out the same day if your order is placed Monday to Friday before 1pm. If we are unable to get the item from our suppliers in a reasonable time we will advise you and refund your order.
